Will it look exactly like my cat?

Not exactly. Here is the honest answer.

  • We build the model with AI from your photo.
  • Then we fix it by hand until it looks right.
  • We simplify it to match the art style.
  • Colors and markings come through. Fine detail does not.
When do I send my photo?

After you order. Nothing to upload before you pay.

We email you a link. Send a clear photo and the name you want.

How long does it take?
  • Ready to ship: 5–10 business days, plus shipping — no photo needed.
  • Made for your cat: the same 5–10 days once your photo arrives.
What if my cat ignores it?

Put it where they already scratch. Next to the couch works best.

Each piece is made for one cat, so we cannot resell it. That means no returns for a change of mind. Message us anyway and we will help.

How do refills work?

The pad lifts out and a new one drops in. Most cats need one every 2 months.

$10 for one. $25 for three. $40 for six. Save 10% on a plan.

What if it breaks?
  • The cardboard is meant to get shredded. That is the job.
  • Damaged on arrival? Tell us within 7 days. We replace it.
  • A part fails in 30 days? Also covered.
